Probate Mastery is our flagship course and first step toward receiving your Certified Probate Expert (CPE) designation. Students who want their designation must complete the Probate Mastery course and demonstrate their knowledge by passing our Probate Mastery tests and quizzed (in the On-Demand version of Probate Mastery. They must also show that they have closed on a minimum of 3 Estate or Probate transactions. Mastery Academy is your shortcut to building your Probate business and/or getting your CPE designation. This 6-month coaching program does more than educate you on what probate is. Mastery Academy will guide you on your path to building every aspect of your real estate business to serve your community as a CPE. In Addition to Probate Mastery, you will receive a new course each month, each designed to help you achieve Mastery in the Estate & Probate Niche. You'll also be paired with an experienced coach & mentor who has accomplished what you want to accomplish. This coach / mentor will guide you through the program with 1-on-1 coaching, accountability, focused attention on your Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). What is Expected of you
The CPE Designation is a prestigious designation that requires true Mastery to achieve. The Mastery Academy will push your business to the next level, but isn't to be taken lightly. You'll be expected to work your Probate niche for at least 10 - 15 hours each week. This is what it will take to achieve real Mastery over the next 6 - 9 months.
1-on-1 Coaching & Accountability
- Complete bi-weekly scheduled Coaching Sessions for 6 months
Attend at least 1 coach-led Prospecting Session each week
- Identify Key Performance Indicators that will guarantee success
- Build important Business Assets that will work while you sleep
- Report Key Performance Indicators to your coach weekly
- Complete all 6 Mastery-Related Courses
- Attend & participate in at least 6 Group Role Play Sessions
Transactions & Performance
- Establish a minimum probate team size & Organize a Workflow
- Recruit a full Probate & Estate Team
- Demonstrate your ability to control different conversational situations in Role Play
- Complete your Marketing System and campaign for a streamlined business
- Close a minimum of 3 Probate or Estate Transactions
- Receive at least 2 Probate Attorney Referrals
- Interview & promote the businesses of a minimum of 5 Vendor Partners
How Much Does the Program Cost?

The Mastery Academy price is $6,650 when paid over 7 equal monthly payments of $950. If your application to join is approved and once your coaching agreement is accepted, your fist payment of $950 will be due. There will be 6 additional payments, spaced 1 month apart, ending on the last day of your 6 month coaching period.
Students who wish to pay in advance will receive a discount of $1,000.

Defer the course cost until you close business
The most popular program, is our Payment Deferral plan. The overall cost of Mastery Academy, when paid monthly, is $6,650 (see option 2 for details). With our Payment Deferral plan, you can defer the entire program cost until you close Probate or Estate related transactions. To ensure you are committed to the program and to help pay our coaches, there will be a coaching fee of $395 per month. The $395 will not apply to your overall course cost and will continue until the Mastery Academy price of $6,650 is paid. If you need more than 6 months to achieve the closings to pay the membership, you agree to continue with coaching at $395 per month until the Mastery Academy cost is paid in full.
In order to defer the Mastery Academy cost, Probate Mastery will receive a 35% referral fee on your next investment or listing transactions until you have paid the $6,650 Academy price. The 35% referral fee is paid to our sister brokerage 'Elite Realty Holdings' on all Estate, Probate, or Vendor Partner referrals until the $6,650 is paid. You may switch to the monthly plan or single pay at any point during this process.
