This 6-month coaching program does more than coach or educate you on the Probate niche, although we do that too. Mastery Academy will guide you on your path to building every aspect of your real estate business to work less, earn more and serve your community at a higher level. Our coaching platform builds on the foundation you gained in Probate Mastery and focuses on building your market authority and local influence. In Addition to the Probate Mastery course, you will receive an additional new course each month for the first 6 months, each designed to help you achieve Mastery in your business niches. You'll also be paired with an experienced coach & mentor who has accomplished what you want to accomplish. Your coach will guide you through the program with 1-on-1 coaching, accountability, focused attention on your Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Choosing this path is your fastest route to success in the Probate niche and beyond.What You'll Receive

What is Expected of you
Mastery Academy will push your business to the next level, but isn't to be taken lightly. You'll be expected to work on your business every week. You'll track and report Key Performance Indicators, devote time to creating systems/assets in your business and spend time refining your skill weekly. Most students spend 13+ hours each week in Mastery Academy directed coaching, role play, project development & client development activities. This is what it will take to achieve real Business Mastery.
1-on-1 Coaching & Accountability
Attend 3 or more coaching sessions every month
Attend at least 1 coach-led Prospecting Session or Topic Workshop each week
Identify and follow Key Performance Indicators that will guarantee success
Build important Business Assets that will work while you sleep
- Report Key Performance Indicators to your coach weekly
Complete all 6 Mastery-Related Courses
Attend & participate in Group Role Play Sessions
Transactions & Performance
Establish a minimum vendor team size & Organize a Workflow
Recruit a full Vendor Support Team
- Demonstrate your ability to control different conversational situations in Role Play
- Complete your Marketing System and campaign for a streamlined business
Close a minimum of 3 Niche Specific Transactions
Receive at least 2 Attorney Referrals
- Interview & promote the businesses of a minimum of 5 Vendor Partners
How Much Does the Program Cost?
Monthly payment (6 month commitment)
The Mastery Academy Coaching is $1,250 per month and requires a 6 month commitment but can extend on a month to month agreement after the initial 6 month period.
Students who wish to pay in advance will receive a discount of $1,000.

Defer the course cost until you close business
The most popular program, is our Payment Deferral plan. With our Payment Deferral plan, you can save your cash now, while deferring the majority of your coaching program cost until you close business. Think of this as a, We Get Paid When You Get Paid, model. This plan requires a 6 month commitment and if extended, will be extended for 6 months at a time, until or unless a monthly payment plan is created later.
Students pay $395 per month plus a 20% referral fee on their next $40,000 in gross commissions or gross revenue earned - per 6 months of coaching.
