Why choose Probate Mastery?

A probate certification should teach more than the court process.

As owner and head coach, Bruce Hill teaches Probate Mastery and helps real estate professionals understand both the family’s estate-administration journey and the practical work of creating a probate business. Many programs concentrate on one narrow layer: the legal process, the steps of probate, or a small group of marketing tactics.

Probate Mastery’s Core Curriculum connects the legal and practical process to the people, positioning, follow-up, conversion, and business planning. Optional Growth Tracks then add full systems for prospecting, professional referrals, attorney relationships, and inbound marketing.

Probate certification FAQs

Questions professionals and families ask about probate certification.

What is the best probate certification for real estate agents and investors?

Probate Mastery is by far the most comprehensive choice for real estate professionals who want more than a basic overview of probate.

The five-course Certified Probate Expert Core Curriculum connects the probate process to the work professionals actually do with families and inherited property.

  • Understand the people and practical steps involved in probate
  • Communicate confidently with executors and heirs
  • Build a clear professional position
  • Create follow-up, conversion, and business-planning systems

Optional Growth Tracks go deeper into prospecting, professional referrals, attorney relationships, and inbound marketing.

What is a Certified Probate Expert?

A Certified Probate Expert, or CPE, is a professional specialist trained to help families navigate the practical complexities of probate and estate administration.

A CPE helps families identify what needs to happen, coordinates appropriate local services, and keeps property-related and administrative details moving forward. Their professional network may include attorneys, estate sale companies, cleanout services, contractors, financial professionals, and other trusted vendors.

Many CPEs are real estate agents or investors. When inherited real estate is involved, they may help secure and maintain the property, identify mortgage or title concerns, evaluate sale options, and connect the family with qualified real estate resources or buyers.

The designation is not limited to real estate. Attorneys, estate sale professionals, financial advisors, estate coordinators, vendors, and other professionals who want to serve families at a higher level are welcome to earn it.

What does a probate certification do for a real estate professional?

It prepares an agent or investor to serve a probate family with greater confidence, care, and competence.

Probate Mastery helps real estate professionals understand the people, decisions, property issues, and practical steps that commonly arise during probate and estate administration.

Students learn to communicate with executors and heirs, recognize when an attorney or specialist is needed, coordinate property-related services, and build a thoughtful plan for generating probate business.

The designation can strengthen credibility. Its greater value is knowing how to guide the family and handle the inherited-property opportunity responsibly.

Does Probate Mastery teach the legal probate process or only probate marketing?

Probate Mastery teaches the fundamental probate process and the practical skills professionals need to serve families. It does not teach students to practice law.

The Core Curriculum explains common probate and estate-administration steps, participants, terminology, and situations. That foundation helps professionals understand what a family may be experiencing, recognize when legal guidance is needed, and work more effectively alongside the family’s attorney.

The program also teaches client communication, professional positioning, follow-up and conversion, service coordination, and probate business planning. Optional Growth Tracks provide deeper training in prospecting, referral relationships, attorney relationships, and marketing.

Important: Bruce Hill is not an attorney, and Probate Mastery is not a law course. The training does not authorize anyone to practice law or provide legal advice.

How much does Probate Mastery certification cost?

The complete Certified Probate Expert Core Curriculum is $597.

That includes all five required courses, approximately 13 hours of on-demand training, the required quizzes, and the CPE designation after completion.

Students may also purchase Core courses individually, choose a $997 Core plus Growth Track bundle, or select the $1,997 Complete Probate Business System with all five Core courses and all four Growth Tracks.

How long does Probate Mastery certification take?

The Certified Probate Expert Core Curriculum includes approximately 13 hours of on-demand training.

You can complete the five courses and required quizzes at your own pace. When you are finished, contact Probate Mastery support to request your designation.

Do I need to purchase additional courses to earn the CPE?

No. Everything required to earn the CPE is included in the five-course Core Curriculum.

Probate Mastery also offers Growth Tracks and Specialty Courses for professionals who want deeper business-development or focused skills training. Those courses can help you grow, but they are not required for certification.

Is Probate Mastery designed for real estate agents, investors, or other professionals?

Probate Mastery is open to any professional who wants to serve families navigating probate or estate administration.

The program is led by Bruce Hill, a real estate coach, broker, and REALTOR®, so much of the practical training is especially relevant to agents and investors working with inherited property.

Attorneys, estate sale companies, financial advisors, estate coordinators, vendors, and other community professionals can also use the curriculum to understand the probate process, strengthen their professional network, and coordinate services more effectively.
