Tier 2 and Tier 3 coaching members become referral eligible when they either provide their own probate leads with valid contact information or purchase probate data through Probate Mastery. Lead data must be available before Estate Aid Network can prospect a market.
Probate lead data is available to Tier 1 members at $2 per lead. Tier 2 and Tier 3 members may purchase probate lead data for referral-eligible prospecting at $1 per lead.
Estate Aid Network will prospect those leads with our AI dialer up to 5 times and update the member CRM with active numbers, voicemails, answers, conversations, and conversation notes.
When a lead states they have real estate to sell, that opportunity is referred to the member at a 25% referral fee. Leads that do not state a real estate need are added to the member CRM for follow up, with no referral fee unless a stated real estate need is identified.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 members may add additional markets when lead data is available for that market. Additional markets are billed at $1 per lead worked in that market, based on the average lead count per market per month.
This $1 per-lead fee covers Estate Aid Network's cost to market to, prospect, dial, track, and update that additional market. It does not include the separate cost of purchasing probate lead data through Probate Mastery, and it does not replace the requirement to provide a valid lead list if the member is bringing their own data.
Estate Aid Network builds relationships with families in each local market using a combination approach. We cold call leads, create vendor network relationships, and market with print, web, and video marketing.
If a real estate lead is generated through Estate Aid Network marketing, networking, or prospecting, referrals are routed to Tier 2 and Tier 3 members on a round-robin basis when there is more than one member in a market. Non-real-estate conversations are updated in every member's CRM for each member to pursue as they see fit.
Tier 3 Mastery membership includes access to the full Mastery Academy library while membership remains active. The library includes the past 5 group sessions for review and download.
Library access includes past topics and training sessions broken down to the individual coaching segments and categorized by topic. Topic pages include downloads, videos, and tutorials that members can follow along with.
All three Mastery Academy membership tiers are designed as flexible coaching memberships. Members are not locked into a long-term contract and may continue, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel according to the membership and billing terms in effect at the time of enrollment.
