The CPE designation gives attorneys and other estate professionals a concise way to understand the probate coursework you completed. Referrals depend on the relationship and the quality of your work.
Shows completed coursework
The designation is awarded after you complete all five Core courses, an elective, and the quizzes. The coursework is intended to help you understand probate situations and discuss practical next steps.
How It's Earned
How to earn the Certified Probate Expert designation.
Complete all five Core Curriculum courses and at least one elective, and pass the quizzes. The designation is awarded for completed coursework; it is not sold separately. The Core courses are How Probate Works, Understanding Your Probate Prospect, Stand Out In Probate: Your Brand & USP, Follow-Up and Conversion: Turning Leads Into Clients, and The Probate Business Blueprint. Choose an elective from Probate Prospecting, Relationships That Refer, Marketing That Converts, or E.A.R.N.
