What makes Probate Mastery different from other probate training?

Probate Mastery is designed as a comprehensive path to building a probate real estate business, not training in just one part of the niche. Where a program may concentrate on the legal process, a basic probate overview, or a single marketing method, the Probate Mastery Core Curriculum connects the legal and practical steps of probate and estate administration with the people involved, prospect research, positioning, follow-up, and a business plan. Electives go deeper into direct prospecting, attorney and vendor referrals, and marketing.

The full catalog spans more than 30 hours of current and upcoming coursework. Real estate professionals can choose an approach that fits their market while learning to understand a family’s situation, build trust, and identify an appropriate real estate opportunity when one exists. Start with How Probate Works (free).

How much does Probate Mastery cost?

How Probate Works is free. The other Core Curriculum courses are $147 each, and electives are $697 each. The five-course Core bundle is $497, a Certified Probate Expert (CPE) bundle with one elective is $997, and the Complete CPE bundle is $2,497. Limited early enrollment codes for upcoming courses and bundles are listed in the Course Library. Compare courses and bundles in the Course Library.

How long does it take to build a probate real estate business?
There is no reliable timeline for a first probate transaction. Probate cases, family decisions, local rules, and the work you put into follow-up all affect timing. Training can help you understand the process and prepare for conversations, but completing a course does not guarantee clients or closings.
Is the course live?

Some courses are available as recorded, self-paced lessons now. The Probate Business Blueprint is taught live September 24, Follow-Up and Conversion on October 1, Marketing That Converts on October 8 and 15, and Probate Prospecting on October 22 and 29, 2026. Enroll early to attend the live sessions; edited lessons are added to the Course Library as published. See the current schedule.

The Estate Professionals Mastermind is live every Tuesday at 2 p.m. Eastern. It is free and open to everyone. Paid Tuesday roleplay and coaching sessions are available through Scripts & Role Play and Mastery Academy memberships.

Is the probate real estate training step-by-step?

The five Core Curriculum courses cover the probate process, understanding prospects, positioning, follow-up, and building a business. The four electives let you focus on a way of finding or serving clients that fits your work. Completed lessons can be taken at your own pace. Several upcoming courses also include scheduled live sessions.

What affects conversion rates for probate leads?
There is no single conversion rate that applies to every probate list or market. Record quality, timing, local competition, the family’s needs, and how you follow up all matter. We do not publish a typical rate or promise that a course will produce a particular result.
How long can a probate real estate transaction take?

Timing varies widely. A family may need help before it is ready to sell, and court requirements and local rules can affect when a transaction is possible. Some opportunities take months, while others take longer. Course completion does not guarantee income or a closing date.

Start with How Probate Works to understand the process before building a prospecting plan.

Do I need a course to buy probate leads?

No. Probate records and courses are separate. Ask about lead availability and options in your market. If you want to understand the probate process first, How Probate Works is free.

How long are the Probate Mastery courses?

Probate Mastery now consists of five Core Curriculum courses and four electives, taken separately. How Probate Works is the free starting course. The five Core courses take about 10.5 hours combined: How Probate Works 2 hours, Understanding Your Probate Prospect 1.5, Stand Out in Probate 2, Follow-Up and Conversion 2, and Probate Business Blueprint 3. The electives are Marketing That Converts (about 5 hours of edited course material), Relationships That Refer (6 hours), Probate Prospecting (6 hours), and E.A.R.N. (7 hours). Is the Certified Probate Expert designation affiliated with NAR?

No. The Certified Probate Expert (CPE) designation is awarded through Probate Mastery’s curriculum. It is not a National Association of REALTORS® designation. To earn it, complete the five Core Curriculum courses and at least one elective.

See how CPE certification works.

Do you provide probate leads or pre probate leads as well?

Local skip-traced probate records are available through Probate Mastery from as little as $2.50 per record, subject to county availability. You do not need a course or membership to ask about records. CPEs in the $97/month Mastery Academy may also receive potential Estate Aid Network warm handoffs when a family needs real estate help; those opportunities are not guaranteed. Ask about your market.

What do I need to complete for probate certification?

Complete all five Core Curriculum courses and at least one elective. When you finish, email support@probatemastery.com to request your designation. Browse the courses and bundles.

What is a Certified Probate Expert?

A Certified Probate Expert (CPE) is a professional who has completed Probate Mastery’s required coursework. The curriculum covers the probate process and how real estate professionals can work with families and other estate professionals.

The designation requires all five Core Curriculum courses and at least one elective. It is earned through the coursework, with no separate designation fee. See the CPE requirements.

How do I get certified in probate real estate?

To earn Probate Mastery’s Certified Probate Expert designation, complete all five Core Curriculum courses and at least one elective. When you finish, email support@probatemastery.com to request the designation.

How Probate Works is the free first Core course.

Do I need Referral Membership to earn the Certified Probate Expert designation?

No. Complete all five Core Curriculum courses and at least one elective to earn the designation. Referral Membership and live coaching are separate options. Browse certification courses.

What is the difference between Probate Mastery and Estate Aid Network?

Probate Mastery provides courses, certification, and coaching for real estate professionals. Estate Aid Network is its consumer-facing sister company, working with probate families and estate conversations that may become local referral opportunities.

How do probate real estate listing referrals work?

Real estate referral eligibility is limited to Certified Probate Experts with an active $97/month Mastery Academy membership. Buying or providing local probate leads is optional, not a condition of eligibility. More records give Estate Aid Network more families to serve alongside you and can increase the chance of a relevant handoff, but no number of referrals is promised. A separate referral fee applies only if an Estate Aid–referred real estate deal closes. Ask about your market.
