Questions real estate professionals askReal estate coaching, probate leads, and referral questions answered.
Clear answers about the Tuesday coaching schedule, choosing a probate lead source, qualified real estate opportunities, nurture handoffs, and pay-at-close referrals.
How much does weekly probate real estate coaching cost?
Mastery Academy is $97 per month. Tuesday includes Mastery Academy Scripts & Role Play at 8:30 a.m., Accountability & Project Planning at 11:00 a.m., shared Scripts & Role Play at 12:15 p.m., and 90 minutes of Group Office Hours from 3:30–5:00 p.m. All times are Eastern Time. Guided self-service onboarding and eligibility for the Estate Aid Network referral network are also included. A practice-only role-play option is available separately for $27 per month.
What is the difference between $27 role play and $97 Mastery Academy?
The $27 option is strictly one shared Scripts & Role Play session every Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. Eastern Time. The $97 Mastery Academy membership includes all four Tuesday sessions: members-only Scripts & Role Play at 8:30 a.m., Accountability & Project Planning at 11:00 a.m., the shared 12:15 p.m. practice room, and 90-minute Group Office Hours from 3:30–5:00 p.m. It also includes guided self-service onboarding and eligibility for possible Estate Aid handoffs and pay-at-close referrals.
Can I join Mastery Academy without a discovery call?
Yes. You can join Mastery Academy directly for $97 per month. There is no application, certification prerequisite, or required sales call. The discovery call is simply available if you want to discuss coaching, your market, or the referral model before enrolling.
Do I need probate certification to join Mastery Academy?
No. You may join Mastery Academy before, during, or after coursework or certification. Owning relevant Probate Mastery courses can help because membership does not include the complete structured curriculum, but certification is not an enrollment requirement.
Are Mastery Academy office hours private coaching?
No. Office hours are a shared group room for focused questions, quick five- to ten-minute coaching conversations, and learning from other members' questions. Private one-on-one coaching is available separately for $500 per session. Discounted bundles require a discovery call before purchase.
How much does private real estate coaching with Bruce Hill cost?
A private coaching session is $500. Multi-session packages may be bundled at a discount after a required discovery call so Bruce can understand the professional's goals and recommend the right scope. The private-coaching section above includes the scheduling link.
What is the best probate lead source for real estate agents and investors?
There is no single best probate lead source for every real estate agent or investor. The best option depends on the counties you serve, the depth of the contact information, included property data, delivery frequency, coverage, and total market price. Probate Mastery can shop established probate lead sources, compare the available options and partner pricing, then recommend the strongest fit or help you order through our provider relationships. No course or membership is required. Let us shop probate lead sources for you.
Can Probate Mastery help me find probate leads and real estate opportunities?
Yes. Tell us the counties and states you serve. We can help source probate lead data, and active Mastery Academy members may qualify for hot handoffs involving listing or purchase opportunities. Availability and pricing vary by market. Request probate lead and referral information.
When does the 25% real estate referral fee apply?
The 25% fee applies at closing only when Estate Aid introduces a new qualified real estate opportunity that the member had not already engaged, and the person explicitly says the inherited property will be sold and asks to speak with a local professional. The applicable terms are disclosed before the referral is accepted.
Do nurture and discovery lead handoffs carry a referral fee?
No. If Estate Aid creates a conversation but the person has not explicitly stated a real estate need and asked to speak with a local professional, the conversation may be placed into the member's pipeline without a referral fee. The member is responsible for continued calls, marketing, nurturing, and conversion.
Does Estate Aid Network prospect on my behalf?
No. Estate Aid Network works probate data independently and on behalf of Estate Aid Network. Members work the same local files through their own businesses and should continue their own calling, marketing, and follow-up. The two efforts run alongside each other.
How many listing or purchase referrals will I receive?
No number, timing, or volume is guaranteed. More local lead inventory gives Estate Aid more families to contact and may increase the likelihood of conversations, but membership and co-prospecting do not guarantee handoffs, referrals, listings, purchases, commissions, or closings.
Can other estate-service providers participate?
Yes. Estate Aid connects families with local services beyond real estate. Attorneys, vendors, and other estate-service professionals are welcome at the free Mastermind and can ask about participating in the broader service network. Mastery Academy coaching primarily serves real estate professionals.
Can I talk with Bruce before joining Mastery Academy?
Yes. If you have a specific question about coaching, your market, co-prospecting, or how nurture handoffs and qualified referrals work, a short discovery call is available. Most professionals can join Mastery Academy directly without a call.
Are Probate Mastery courses included in membership?
No. Mastery Academy is a live coaching membership. The Core Curriculum, Growth Tracks, and Specialty Courses are purchased separately through the Probate Mastery Course Library.
