What does probate real estate training teach?
Probate training explains the court process, the role of a personal representative, and the decisions surrounding estate property. It also covers how to speak with families, explain your value, follow up over time, and develop a business through prospecting, referrals, or marketing. Real estate agents and investors can use this foundation to understand where their services may fit, while following the rules that apply to their own work and location.
What are the five Core Curriculum courses?
The Core Curriculum builds from the probate process to a plan for your business.

2. Understanding Your Probate Prospect

3. Stand Out in Probate: Your Brand & USP

4. Follow Up and Conversion: Turning Leads Into Clients

How Probate Works is free. The other four Core courses are listed at $147 each, and each elective at $697. The five-course Core bundle is listed at $497, a Core-plus-one-elective bundle at $997, and all nine courses at $2,497. Check current checkout pages for final pricing and availability.
Is the training for agents, investors, or both?
