What will I learn first?
The free course explains how a probate case moves through court, who the personal representative is, what authority that person may have, and where real estate decisions fit. It gives agents and investors a foundation for conversations with families and estate professionals.
What comes after How Probate Works?
The remaining Core courses cover the personal representative, your brand and unique selling proposition, follow-up and conversion, and a business blueprint. Four electives let you focus on prospecting, referral relationships, attorney referrals, or marketing. Paid courses are opening in stages.
Does the free course award the Certified Probate Expert designation?
No. Earning the designation requires all five Core Curriculum courses, at least one elective, and the required quizzes. The designation is not sold separately. See the full requirements.
