Full payment for such product or service is considered due and payable in full at time of purchase unless a payment plan or subscription was set up for you. By accepting a payment plan or subscription for the purchase of a Magnum Opus Project LLC product or service, you are committing to pay the full purchase amount due over the term of the payment plan or subscription. Products or services without an end date will auto renew until the purchaser cancels. All Magnum Opus Project LLC subscription products or services have a minimum 12 month commitment. Purchasers who default on this 12 month commitment may be subject to legal action. Purchasers of any Magnum Opus Project LLC subscription products or services may cancel their auto annual renewal up to 24 hours before the beginning of the next annual subscription. If payments are not current, the subscriber must pay the remaining balance in full prior to the cancellation of their subscription. Access to the purchased product or service is made at time of purchase, subscription, or first payment of the payment plan term and the full obligation of Opus Magnum Project LLC to provide such product or service is considered by you to be fully executed. All drip products or services will be fully executed on the time schedule determined by Magnum Opus Project LLC.
